UBS APLINK MRX72e High-Resolution Inkjet Printers are developed to print directly on any surface.
Manufactured to print texts, images, logos, symbols and any 100% legible 1D/2D barcodes compatible with GS1 standards (GTIN13, GTIN14, G21-128, GS1 Datamatrix…).
Printing on secondary packaging such as corrugated carton cases, cardboard trays, paper bags and etc.
High-resolution: High contrast at resolutions up to 180 x 720 dpi.
Piezo electric printhead allows printing messages up to 72 mm height and up to 8m long.
Maximum speed of 110 m/min and printing capacity up to 4 prints/second. (Depending on print resolution, message length, gap between prints and other printer or installation parameters.)
Bottle detection to prevent printhead damage (ink type and color change warnings, ink expiry warning, remaining ink level visible on screen, etc.).
Stable printing and minimum consumption thanks to innovative temperature management technology and optimized droplet generation.
Easy to integrate into any production line.
It has the integrated message editor in the HMI display, UBS Designer.

Automatic bottle detection: APLINK HRX series detects the inserted ink, which avoids errors and guarantees the best possible printing quality.

Contrast Per Element (CPE): Adjust the contrast applied to each element of the print to highlight certain areas of the message more than others.
Display HMI 7" (1 print head) or 10" (up to 4 print heads (2+2)). For a greater comfort, it is possible to remove the controller from the printer’s body and place it anywhere on the production line.

APLINK LCX is a new generation of high resolution inkjet printers, specially designed and developed for coding porous surfaces of secondary packaging.
Equipped with a 4th generation piezoelectric head, APLINK LCX is the perfect solution for any production line with speeds up to 50m/min. It can be configured and installed for side or top printing.
The latest arrival of UBS high-resolution printers is equipped with a 5.7" color touch screen, with a graphical interface, providing real-time information on the status of production.
With 180dpi (vertical) and 360dpi (horizontal) resolution, APLINK LCX series can print any logo, text, barcode, date, counter, etc.
APLINK LCX prints with ecological vegetable oil-based inks (100% mineral oil free) which dry instantly on contact with the porous surface. Free of solvents and alcohol-based components.
Thanks to its "non-stop" mode, the bottle change is done without stopping the production line.
The APLINK LCX series allows seamless integration with external databases, directly transmitting the information obtained from the ERP system to the printer.
