​UBS APLINK MRX72e High-Resolution Inkjet Printers are developed to print directly on any surface.

​

  • Manufactured to print texts, images, logos, symbols and any 100% legible 1D/2D barcodes compatible with GS1 standards (GTIN13, GTIN14, G21-128, GS1 Datamatrix…).

  • Printing on secondary packaging such as corrugated carton cases, cardboard trays, paper bags and etc.

  • High-resolution: High contrast at resolutions up to 180 x 720 dpi.

  • Piezo electric printhead allows printing messages up to 72 mm height and up to 8m long.

  • Maximum speed of 110 m/min and printing capacity up to 4 prints/second. (Depending on print resolution, message length, gap between prints and other printer or installation parameters.)

  • Bottle detection to prevent printhead damage (ink type and color change warnings, ink expiry warning, remaining ink level visible on screen, etc.).

HRX series

High-resolution grayscale inkjet printers designed to improve coding performance on porous and non-porous surfaces.

  • Resolution: multi-channel management of vertical resolution and up to 1440 dpi in horizontal resolution for better contrast.

  • Peripherals connection: connect encoders, beacons or curing lamps to UVLED; link printers or communicate the APLINK HRX series with any element of the line.

  • Automatic bottle detection: APLINK HRX series detects the inserted ink, which avoids errors and guarantees the best possible printing quality.

  • Speed: up to 250 m/min and speeds up to 30 prints/second.
    (Depending on print resolution, message length, space between prints, and other print or setup settings.)

  • Maximum message length: up to 50 meters.

HRX BiColor

APLINK HRX BiColor is United Barcode Systems’ new generation high-resolution GrayScale inkjet printer designed to print in two different colors. Ideal for pictogram marking.

 

  • HRX BiColor has been designed to print pictograms and texts according to Reach CLP regulation. 

  • HMI display, for a greater comfort, it is possible to remove the controller from the printer’s body and place it anywhere on the production line (7” or 10”). 

  • Connect 4 printheads and control them all through the same 10” HMI Display. 

  • Connect encoders, beacons or UVLED Curing Systems; link printers or communicate APLINK HRX Series with any item in the line. 

  • 180dpi vertical resolution and up to 1440dpi of horizontal resolution for a higher contrast. 

  • Grayscale printing, take coding to the next level with GrayScale printing. Get a sharper print result. 

  • Printing on any surface, with UVLED Curing System configurable through HMI display. 

  • Bottle detection system, protects the printhead by preventing errors in changing ink type or ink color and showing ink expiration date warnings.
